Holiday Surf and Racquet Club offers a range of amenities to enhance your wedding experience. The Surf Room comes fully equipped with tables and chairs, eliminating the need for additional rentals. A spacious kitchen, complete with ample cabinet space, countertops, two range ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, and a double-door fridge with a bottom freezer, is also at your disposal. The recent updates, including fresh neutral paint and new wood-look plank flooring, create an inviting ambiance that sets the stage for your special day.

To make your wedding planning process seamless, Holiday Surf and Racquet Club provides a list of preferred local vendors who can assist with setup, breakdown, linens, music, food, and any other requirements you may have. With their expertise, your wedding day will be a stress-free and unforgettable experience.
Pricing and Booking Information:
When you choose to rent one of the units at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, the Surf Room rental fee is $750.00 per day (from 10 am to 10 pm). This fee includes tables and chairs, with a small additional cleaning fee of $175.00 plus 13% sales tax. If you prefer not to rent one of their units, the Surf Room rental fee is $1,250.00, along with the same cleaning fee and tax. To secure your reservation, a non-refundable payment of $500.00 is required, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event. Additionally, event insurance is mandatory and must be submitted 30 days before your wedding day.
Beach Ceremony Options:
Immerse yourself in the romance of a beach ceremony at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. If you're envisioning a beach wedding, an additional permit fee of $150 is applicable for gatherings with more than 10 attendees, including the couple. This fee also covers any chairs, decorations, or arches set up on the beach. It's important to note that all events, even those without a setup, must fill out the permit to notify beach service in advance. Beach weddings are permitted to start no earlier than 6 pm during the beach service season (from March 1 to October 31). For setup convenience, you may begin setting up at 4:30 pm by providing prior notice to the beach attendees, allowing them to clear the ceremony area of beach service chairs.
